Hot Chi is a Chicago-style, Nashville-inspired, hip-hop-loving, hot chicken restaurant with locations across the city. We're currently hiring for our 87th St Chatham location!

Responsibilities and Duties
- Crew member roles include cashiers, expeditors, line cooks and fry cooks.
- Our Cashiers welcome guests, talk colorfully and confidently about the menu, and take orders in a fast paced environment. They will also monitor and observe guests dining experience to ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service, and respond promptly and courteously to correct any problems.
- Expeditors are expected to be the conductors of the kitchen. Their role involves managing the accuracy and timing of each order. The expo will also package and announce orders to the guests.
- Line cooks are expected to plate menu items to order in a fast paced environment.
- Fry cooks are expected to maintain the highest food quality while frying chicken to order.
- All crew members are expected to clean both dining room and other areas of restaurant that may need support.
