Cryptologic Engagement Officers engage with internal and external stakeholders to deliver products; protect assets - for example: make procurements; influence policy; protect, develop and acquire human resources; develop partnerships; and share and receive knowledge

Cryptologic Engagement Officers' responsibilities include:\n\n-\tDeveloping, nurturing, and/or negotiating relationships with the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), Industry and foreign partners.\n-\tOperating in a collaborative and responsive environment, maximizing dynamic partner capabilities.\n-\tAssessing stakeholder needs and identifying capabilities to address those needs.\n-\tProviding timely and effective support and information sharing within appropriate legal authorities.\n-\tIdentifying the internal and external politics that impact the work of the organization and responding accordingly
The ideal candidate is someone with a desire for continual learning and who possesses strong communication (oral and written), problem-solving, analytic, interpersonal skills, and is:\n-\tCustomer and results oriented.\n-\tAble to negotiate with and influence others
