Position Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule a team of office custodians, ensuring janitorial tasks such as sweeping, cleaning, dusting and stocking supplies meet Uline standards and procedures.

• Conduct custodial team coaching, training and performance reviews.

• Perform inventory, receive and store supplies / equipment.

• Ensure all cleaning duties are performed safely.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 2+ years of related experience. Previous leadership experience is preferred.

• Detail-oriented and ability to multitask.

• Ability to lift and or move up to 50 lbs.
