Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage with customers to provide product information, handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage the end-to-end order process. Your role is pivotal in maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting our internal teams to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone regarding products, services, and order statuses.
- Provide pricing information, check inventory availability, and manage pre-order tasks like proofs or samples.
- Enter orders into our system after receiving customer approval.
- Handle follow-ups on order changes, status updates, or troubleshooting issues with internal departments.
- Process and resolve customer complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory responses.
- Collaborate with various internal departments (production, shipping, billing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance product quality, shipping, and customer service.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as directed by management.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and QuickBooks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Experience handling customer service tasks in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
- Bilingual skills are a bonus but not required.
