Position:
The Customer Acquisition Representative will be responsible for acquiring new customers through outbound and inbound inquiries. This position is responsible for reaching out to potential customers using excellent customer service and high ethical selling standards to build trust and rapport while identifying customer needs. This role will represent Lula as a first point of contact for potential customers.
What a typical day looks like:
- Contact potential customers via phone (nationwide) to discuss Lula’s unique value proposition
- Educate customers in the property management space on our unique service to help streamline their maintenance process
- Research our ideal customer segment using internal notes, company website, and other public information while maintaining order and customer data as directed
- Effectively guide customers through the onboarding process helping them successfully kick off their first work order
- Maintaining open lines of communication with customers including in-person, phone and e-mail correspondence while staying continually engaged with their business
- Develop a deep understanding of customer goals, organization structure, decision-making processes, and pain-points

- 1 - 3 years of experience in sales, customer service or a related field
