We are seeking a Customer Care Advocate to join our growing team in our dynamic company. The Customer Care Advocate will be a key member of the Customer Service team and has an abundance of opportunities available for you to grow your career. This position will report to the Customer Care Manager and will be based out of our Kenosha, WI location.
Responsibilities:About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and detail-oriented Customer Care Advocate to join our team at the Kenosha, WI location. Your essential responsibilities will be account management with stellar service and proactive communication. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with external and internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and grow revenue! The ideal candidate must be able to work well in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Flexibility and a team mentality are a must. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers
- Provide pricing, availability, quotation, and order processing to customers and channel partners
- Handle client complaints, concerns, and feedback
- Handle incoming calls, web and email queries for sales and pre-sales non-technical questions
- Making proactive calls and maintaining a direct relationship and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts
- Quarterly reviews with customer base-are they up/down in revenue. Wallet share, forecasting.
- Year-end reviews regarding customer base-tier changes/class changes.
- Direct contact with sales on new business.
- Ensure accuracy through good communication and continuous follow up
- Enter purchase orders

- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing/office environment
- Excellent communication skills via telephone and email required
- Exhibits a positive and can-do attitude
- Excellent listening ability required for effective sales communication
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or an inside sales role (preferably in manufacturing)
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products required.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities for proper planning and management.
- Team player able to contribute to the success of high performance, cross-functional team
- Knowledge of the filtration industry is a plus
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus
