With travel each day to a new location, you'll escape the repetition of walking into the same four walls day in and day out.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



+ Commute with a team in a company vehicle to locations throughout the area


+ Work as a team to load/unload equipment & set-up/break down mobile screening events


+ Manage registration by greeting customers with a friendly, upbeat, and sales-minded attitude


+ Promote the value of preventive screenings by educating our participants on appropriate healthcare services


+ Increase retention by providing outstanding customer service


+ Achieve landmark sales goals


+ Collect payments


+ Strength in teamwork & collaboration; sharing responsibilities driving the company van, loading, and unloading equipment (up to 50 lbs).


+ Other duties as assigned by management



Qualifications:



+ High School Diploma required


+ Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role


+ Exceptional customer service/sales skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with participants and co-workers


+ Ability to balance multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced work environment


+ Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to educate participants on products and services


+ Passion to create and maintain a positive environment for fellow team member and customers throughout screening events


+ Must have a valid driver's license and clear MVR as driving responsibilities of company van are shared among the team


+ Understanding that our schedules are not typical office hours. Schedules are made 3 months in advance and run Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays as needed. Meeting times and end times will vary based on the distance to the community destination for the day and the customer schedule.  Flexibility to work within our schedule needs is key to success!
