Job Overview:

• Location: Grand Island, Nebraska  
• Schedule: Full-time days

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Quick learner with data entry experience  
• Creative problem-solving and logical thinking abilities  
• Insurance experience is helpful but not required  

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison to provide accurate service information and resolve customer issues  
• Maintain customer insurance requirements and ensure compliance  
• Build and manage relationships with third-party insurance providers  
• Prepare reports on insurance deficiencies and process loss claims  
• Handle a high volume of calls, identifying and addressing customer needs  
• Document customer interactions related to insurance compliance  
• Assist with billing, payments, and other administrative tasks as needed
