Customer Care Representative
As a Customer Care Representative, you will passionately contribute to a customer-focused environment, consistently exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, identifying and assessing customer needs to delight our customers.
- Handle customer complaints with appropriate solutions and alternatives, ensuring efficient follow-ups for resolution and escalating issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process account documentation.
- Open, maintain, and terminate customer accounts while upholding fiduciary duties associated with each account type.
What You Will Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in customer care or a similar role (preferred).
- Experience in banking, planned giving, and accounting programs (preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Dynamics CRM (preferred).
