Title: Customer Care Specialist

Location: Lakewood Ranch, FL

Pay: $17/hr.

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm

Type: Contract Hire (Paid Weekly)

SUMMARY:

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will help set the tone for Customer Service and are responsible for answering and routing incoming calls in a fast-paced environment; assessing and appropriately responding to customer s information needs in an accurate, courteous and competent manner.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• AHCA Clearance required.
• Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a telephone/Customer Care Specialist in a health care setting preferred
• Ability to use multi-line computer phone system and be proficient in using a variety of computer applications
• Excellent multi-tasking and critical thinking skills.
