The Customer Care Specialist role at our company requires 40 to 40 hours of work per week. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to assist in the achievement of our company's strategic objectives and goals. You will create a positive customer experience by responding to inquiries in a friendly and timely manner, initiating outbound calls for appointment reminders, and effectively communicating with customers, vendors, and department personnel. Additionally, you will perform administrative duties and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained through conflict resolution. Customer service experience is preferred but not required, and strong communication and computer skills are necessary.
