Are you an experienced TECHNICAL SUPPORT REP looking for an opportunity for an in-house technical call center atmosphere including a hybrid work environment at St. Louis, MO? This position might be for you!
Duke Manufacturing Company is seeking someone with commercial equipment technical knowledge to join our Customer Care Support team. This position helps troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns related to commercial food equipment.

- Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone
- Strength in technical problem-solving and root cause analysis
- Good computer skills and basic knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
- You are ok with a mostly office environment
- Potential travel

Work location and schedule:
- St. Louis, MO (hybrid)
- Mondays to Fridays 8am-4:30pm
