Position: Customer Delivery Project Manager  
Reports To: Head of Project Delivery 
Location:  Miami, Florida 

Summary 

The Customer Delivery Project Manager oversees the end-to-end management and successful delivery of projects for both new and existing global customers. This hands-on role involves full ownership of the project life cycle, working in close collaboration with the Software, Technical, and Sales teams to ensure all milestones are met, deadlines are achieved, and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 

The Customer Delivery Project Manager has expert knowledge of our internal products and solutions, providing specialized guidance to clients and internal sales and operations teams throughout the project process. 

What you’ll focus on at acre: 

Project Management: 

• Define project tasks and allocate necessary resources. 
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines. 
• Organize configuration, testing, training, and system handover processes. 
• Track project deliverables and resource utilization using appropriate tools. 
• Provide direction and support to the customer's project team. 
• Manage project budgets, billing, and financial tracking. 
• Lead project handover documentation and ensure accuracy. 
• Handle and manage any project variations or changes. 

Customer Relationship Management: 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project implementation. 
• Collaborate with the presales technical team to understand and analyze customers’ technical requirements. 
• Develop proposals that clearly demonstrate how acre products and services provide effective solutions to meet client needs. 

What you’ll bring to the table: 

• Prior experience in project management or customer delivery processes   
• Experience in delivering SaaS products to global clients   
• Good technical understanding of product and service solutions that meet the customer expectations  
• Business orientated mindset, and capability of understanding the commercial impact of project decisions.    
• Degree in Computer Science or other relevant qualification  
• Formal Project Management qualification desirable but not essential  
• Fluent in English
