Fraud Digital Attaching Document Specialist  

Hybrid After Training - San Antonio, TX 

$16.75 per hour 

As a Fraud Digital Attaching Document Specialist, you will be responsible for:  

• Ensuring the efficient handling of documentation. 
• Retrieving documents sent via e-mail or fax.
• Attaching documents to the appropriate client accounts or service requests and rerouting any documents that have been sent to our department in error.

• Training Time: Monday – Friday 8 am-5 pm
• Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 11 am to 8 pm with Sunday/Monday off (Hybrid) After training.

• Effective and accurate written and verbal communication skills. 
• Can navigate multiple applications and research solutions with ease. 
• Can commit to 100% attendance for two to four weeks of paid training.  
• Data Entry Skills

Requirements 

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older. 
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED 
• All internals must have 6 months of experience in your current role. 
• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background, credit check, and security fingerprints.
