We are looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our Team!
Job Summary: The Customer Experience Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Service Department within our HVAC business. This role involves overseeing daily scheduling, coordinating service technicians, handling billing and administrative tasks, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Pay Range: $66,000- $74,000- Depending on Experience
Hours: Mon - Thu 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Fri 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM.

Responsibilities:
- Managing the daily schedule for the Service Department
- Handle service-related administrative tasks
- Identify delays or issues and problem solve
- Track progress of ongoing services
- Monitor crew
- Create invoices for service department
- Collect payments
- Serve as primary contact for service customers
- Grow and maintain Comfort Club customer base

- HVAC or Trade industry preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required
