Customer Experience & Sales Coordinator - Booth Creek Wagyu

Booth Creek Wagyu (BCW) is a vertically integrated Wagyu beef company primarily located in and around Manhattan KS. The vision of BCW is to become the leading direct-to-consumer premium beef company in the US. BCW consists of four different companies that encompass the raising of terminal and breeding genetics on the ranch, its processing facility, feedlot operations, and its own sales and distribution company with primary channels consisting of online sales and its own retail specialty “meat market” stores.

The ideal candidate for this role will proactively identify areas of improvement and is a quick, eager learner. They easily shift between tasks and projects, considering themselves tech-savvy and early adopters of new technologies. They can assist in solving tech-related problems across the company's wide range of hardware and software systems. They are skilled at aligning the company's various functions and projects to achieve collective goals by connecting the dots and ensuring that different departments work in sync. They act as a bridge between departments to foster communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Liaison:

• Act as the primary point of contact for top-tier customers, ensuring a smooth and responsive communication channel between them and the home office.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.

2. Order Management:

• Input high-priority orders from top-tier customers into the Shopify system with precision and under the direction of the Sales Operations Manager.
• Monitor and track orders to ensure timely processing and delivery, proactively addressing any potential issues.

3. Weekly Push List Communication:

• Compile and distribute weekly push list emails to market managers, highlighting current specials and priority cuts that need to be moved.
• Collaborate with market managers to gather feedback and adjust the push list as needed to maximize sales effectiveness.

4. Meeting Coordination & Note Taking:

• Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and ensure that all key points, action items, and follow-ups are clearly documented.
• Distribute meeting notes and track progress on action items, providing reminders and support as needed.

5. Sales & Operations Support:

• Assist the Sales Operations Manager with various tasks, including project coordination, special projects, and day-to-day administrative support.
• Provide additional support during peak seasons, ensuring that all sales operations run smoothly and efficiently.

6. Special Projects & Event Coordination:

• Support the planning and execution of special events, such as customer appreciation events, promotional activities, and in-store events.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all aspects of events are well-organized and executed to a high standard.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or project coordination.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
