About the Job
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This role will primarily focus on providing exceptional customer service, managing order processing, and ensuring a smooth workflow from order entry to production readiness. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Wage: $18-23 per hour based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a positive experience.
Order Processing: Enter customer orders accurately into the system and prepare them for production, ensuring all necessary information is captured.
Order Tracking: Monitor the status of orders throughout the fulfillment process, coordinating with various departments to resolve any issues that may arise.
Sales Support: Assist the inside sales team as needed, including preparing quotes and following up on leads.
Accounting Assistance: Provide backup support for Accounts Payable/Receivable as needed, helping to manage financial transactions and reporting.
Tradeshow Support: Potential to participate in tradeshows and events, assisting the sales team in promoting our products and engaging with potential customers.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
- 5 years business experience required.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in order processing and fulfillment preferred.
- Accounting Degree required.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software and order management systems.
