About the Job
This is a hybrid role - 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
The Customer Master Data Analyst is responsible for creating and changing customer data in SAP/Salesforce ensuring accuracy to data standards and operating procedures.
Responsible For:
- Ensuring that customer master data is maintained and managed with efficiency and accuracy in all systems.
- Identify customer master data gaps and/or roadblocks to ensure data accuracy downstream.
- Working closely with master data owners to resolve master data accuracy issues and related master data maintenance.
- Supporting internal and external stakeholders by migrating disruptions to the creation of and changes to customer master data.
- Managing requests from internal and external stakeholders for changes to and or creation of master data records.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- 1+ years’ experience with an ERP system.
- 1+ years’ experience in a customer facing position.
- Able to prioritize work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and problem solve.
- Demonstrated ability to communication to internal and external customer’s tactfully and professionally.
- Customer-focused and service-oriented.
