Customer Service Agent - Briscoe Protective

Job description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Customer Service team as Entry-Level Customer Service Agents. In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact with customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions while receiving comprehensive training to help you succeed in the tech-related customer service field.

Qualifications:

• Must have high school diploma.
• Strong interest in technology and a desire to learn.
• Willingness to undergo training and take initiative to expand your knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Heavy phone work.
• Schedule service tickets.
• Trouble shoot residential and commercial alarms.
• Corresponding with other departments to solve escalated issues.
