About the Role:
Addison Group is seeking a motivated Customer Service Agent for our client, a growing company in the delivery and logistics sector. As the first point of contact for customers, you will handle inquiries related to shipments, delivery scheduling, and resolve any claims or disputes. This role is crucial to maintaining a positive customer experience, so excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and live chats from customers and partners regarding shipment status, scheduling, and claims.
- Manage scheduling for deliveries and pickups, keeping accurate records within the system.
- Collaborate with partners, vendors, and customers to resolve shipping issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with both internal teams and external customers.
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls daily while identifying and addressing customer needs.
- Resolve disputes in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
