About the Job
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Seasonal Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our customers during our peak season, ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
$18/hour ,830 - 5:30 pm M-F except first 3 sat. in December

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Provide information about products, services, and promotions.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain a positive attitude and promote a friendly atmosphere.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support the team and enhance customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
- Familiarity with [specific software or systems, if applicable].
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.(MUST BE FREE ON BLACK FRIDAY and 1st 3 Sat. in December!)
