YOUR GREAT PAY
- Our Customer Service Associate - Call Center Rep earns competitive pay of $16 to $20 an hour, complemented by enticing monthly bonus opportunities!

THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS ROLE
As a Customer Service Associate - Call Center Rep, you'll be the initial point of contact, managing phones, initiating outbound calls, and supporting field teams with parts/equipment acquisition. Your responsibilities span scheduling and confirming appointments, conducting follow-up calls, and adeptly handling invoices. Act as a bridge between clients and departments, ensuring timely resolution, all while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor. Your sharp attention to detail and stellar communication skills will guarantee our clients' needs are not just met but exceeded, making each workday an engaging and rewarding experience.
All that we need from you is the following:
- 1 year of call center experience
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
WORK SCHEDULE
- Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
- Some Saturday rotations between 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM
- Enjoy the following Friday off when Saturday is worked!
