Adecco is currently assisting a trusted client In New City, NY in seeking Customer Service Associates to join their team! This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with great long-term potential. Location: New City, NY (On-Site)
Hours: M-F 8 AM – 4 PM (full-time)
Pay Rate: $21 / hr.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct problem-solving and order processing while maintaining customer accounts and adhering to company protocols.
Build and nurture relationships with customers and internal sales teams, providing proactive support.
Address customer inquiries via phone and in person.
Schedule and bill services, deliveries, and new installations; coordinate with the service/operations manager.
Process customer payments and maintain accurate internal reports.
Make outbound calls to current customers for scheduling additional services or offering maintenance plans.
Perform outbound collection calls and manage over-the-counter customer orders.
Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring appropriate changes are implemented.
Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
Complete contract forms and manage service-related documentation using computer systems.
Determine charges for requested services, arrange billing, and collect payments or deposits.
Upsell new or additional services or products as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:
1+ years of customer service experience
High school diploma or GED
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Moderate proficiency in Windows operating system, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to learn proprietary customer service software
Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
