Customer Service Hotline Agent
Our client is looking for an amazingly talented Technical Support Agent to join their team! In this role you will get to be the cheerful helpful face of the program!
What You'll Be Doing:
• Respond to incoming phone calls from industry partners
• Help users reset passwords and related application activity
• Answer questions from industry partners about the program equipment and supplies
• Reviewing invoices and payment history with industry partners
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
• Good verbal communication
• Cheerful and helpful attitude
• Dependable and punctual engagement
• Data entry skills
• Ability to manage multiple screens during a call
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
• Experience working with tablet software
• Experience with printer hardware
