About the Job
Ventek Solutions is adding a new role within our Customer Service team. The Invoicing Coordinator will provide daily support in invoicing and reporting.
The role will provide centralized support for the Ventek team and work closely with operations teams, customer service and sales team members. The position will report to the Customer Service Manager and be based at our corporate offices located on Daniel Island in Charleston, South Carolina.
Ongoing Job Duties Include:
- Work closely with plant teams to complete daily invoice registers; researching and providing assistance to resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Process and issue invoices to customers via email or portal
- Act as a resource with collections, customer billing and payment issues
- Track and provide updated reporting on billing dispute logs, chargeback reports and other required information
- Identify areas and suggestions for process improvements
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Requirements:
- Associates degree (preferred), or High School Diploma with 5+ years experience in a similar or related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products with an emphasis on strong Excel capabilities
- Effective communicator, verbal and written. Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Customer-focused with ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and members of the Ventek team
- Displays initiative and critical thinking skills
- Process-focused – ability to share ideas on improving processes and adhere to operating procedures
- Ability to quickly learn and work within multiple ERP systems
- Must be authorized to work in the US
