Our team here at Infinity has been working hard this year to meet and exceed our client's expansion goals. We have just opened up our location in the Tampa area and we are actively looking to grow our team!
Here at Infinity, we handle all of the direct Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing work for our clients through our unique approach. We work directly with customers of our clients, putting our focus on building lasting relationships. Our firm has found much success in helping to maintain and grow our client’s customer base over the years and we have big goals set as we head towards the coming year. That is why we are currently seeking an individual with exceptional communication skills, and a drive for success to join our team as the Entry Level Customer Service Manager.
Entry Level Customer Service Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Fostering excellent customer relationships on behalf of our clients
- Answering any and all product or service inquiries
- Making suggestions of products and services that may fit the customer needs and wants
- Up-selling on additional products or services
- Completely closing sales when necessary
What We Look for in our Entry Level Customer Service Manager:
- A high school diploma/GED equivalent or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, or any other related field
- 0-1 year of experience in any customer service related field
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for working in customer service
