We are out-of-the-box, strategic, and diversified thinkers who are seeking an experienced e-Commerce Customer Service professional to join our team.
In this role, the Customer Service Manager will be responsible to support the overall operations of the Customer Service Department to streamline processes, supervise a team of Customer Service Agents, and resolve customer issues timely and effectively ensuring a high standard of quality customer service.
