About the Job
Working hours are 8:30 to 5:30 pm daily, full-time only. This position is a weekend position with two days off during the week. All work is on site, no remote work.
We offer a casual yet professional environment in our beautiful boat Marina office.
Customer Service is the ambassador of the marina and is the first person with whom a customer will interact. This person is responsible for all administrative and customer service tasks, assisting boaters in addition to facilitating safe and efficient operations.
This person is the primary point of contact for all customer data with data entry documentation is entered in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with our Boat Cloud System, QuickBooks and all company processes.

Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of Customer Service Experience in a hospitality and customer facing position
- General safety experience in industrial environments or similar
- At least 2 years of clerical and data entry experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Some Spanish language skills
- Experience working in a Marina Dockmaster’s office or similar hospitality company
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
