Position Overview:
Openwork is assisting the Harris County Tax Office in their search for Customer Service Representatives - Cashiers. In this role, you will provide friendly, efficient, and timely front-line customer service for automobile title transfers, vehicle registration stickers, and replacement plates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to commercial clients.
- Handle and balance automobile transactions.
- Submit daily close-out and balancing reports.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a positive company image.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience, including cash handling, monetary transactions, and data entry.
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills.
- Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute (WPM).
- Proficient in data entry, with a minimum speed of 5,000 keystrokes per hour (KPH).
- High school diploma from an accredited institution or GED equivalent.
- Successful completion of on-site skills testing.
