This is a full-time dispatch position based in Billerica, MA. You'll need to be flexible, as shifts can extend beyond 40 hours per week, and up to 12 hours per day during busy times.

As a Customer Service Rep - Plumbing and Heating Dispatcher, your day kicks off by answering calls from customers, gathering details, and scheduling our expert technicians to the right jobs. You manage the dispatch board, make quick decisions to optimize scheduling, and ensure customers are updated every step of the way. Balancing customer satisfaction and technician efficiency is your superpower, and by the end of the day, you know you've helped both our team and our customers in big ways.

The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Self-starter with reliable attendance and flexibility with hours
• Strong customer service skills and phone etiquette
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to think critically and problem-solve on the fly
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree
• Bilingual skills
