Customer Service Rep. - Commission Opportunities at TEKsystems

A local Financial Tech company based in Hillsboro is looking to bring on a handful of Sales and Service Reps to join their team! This is an onsite/direct hire opportunity and can be a great foot in the door with a banking/loan institution.

THIS IS NOT A SALES HEAVY ROLE, MORE EMPHASIS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE

Direct Hire/Permanent Opportunity

Pay: $18.27-$22.12/hr

Schedule: Hours of operation are Mon-Fri 6am-6:30pm - Must be open to an 8-hour shift between then.

90-Day Employment $1 pay increase

Commission of up to $3k+ per quarter

Description:

- Support inbound calls from members and perform financial transactions

- Proactively identify and recommend the best products and services for members' needs

- Maintain knowledge of services such as insurance, investments, and mortgage

- Provide 5-star customer service to all members and create a lasting impression

- Meet quarterly metrics and service objectives, along with meeting quarterly sales goals

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role required

- Ability to listen to member needs and suggest appropriate financial products tailored to their needs

- Must be comfortable meeting deadlines and working within a fast-paced environment while providing stellar customer service

- Possess excellent listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions, overcome objections, and understand member concerns

- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
