Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining outstanding customer relationships and providing efficient support in our order fulfillment process.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
- Maintain excellent customer relationship standards through high-quality calls, problem-solving, and ownership of customer issues
- Support customers with order processing, delivery status updates, and back-order inquiries
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Follow through on all commitments made to customers
- Process customer requests accurately and promptly
- Proactively communicate potential service issues to customers and internal personnel
- Engage directly with customers while providing efficient, real-time support
Customer Service Representative Qualifications
Required:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- 1-2 years of computer experience (Outlook, Teams, Word)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 1-2 years of data entry experience (minimum 30 WPM typing speed)
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work well in a team atmosphere
- Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills
- Positive attitude and professional phone etiquette
Preferred:
- Consumer Products Industry experience
- Process development and root-cause analysis skills
Additional Information
- This Customer Service Representative position may start as short-term but could potentially become long-term based on performance and business needs
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for keying and verifying sales orders, navigating multiple client interactions and internal systems, and working toward clearly defined customer service goals. The ideal candidate will be service-minded, assertive, and congenial, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to various customer service situations.
