Customer Service Representative $55-65K - Ultimate Staffing Services

Job Duties:

• Collaborates with the outside sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
• Provides timely and accurate information to customers regarding unit prices, inventory levels, availability, freight/shipping costs, and delivery times.
• Responds to customer order inquiries, prepares price quotations, and initiates purchase orders.
• Acts as the primary point of contact for many customers and prospects, making strong communication skills essential.
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn about the company's product lines and makes recommendations to customers or prospects who contact us via phone or email.
• Processes customer orders, changes, and/or returns in accordance with established department policies and procedures.
• Calculates prices, discounts, shipping costs, and sales margins.

Qualifications:

• College education preferred, with 3 years of experience and/or training in a B2B customer service role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience and focus in B2B sales and customer service.
• Previous experience in the distribution or packaging industry is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software and other spreadsheet applications.
• Familiarity with ERP software platforms is beneficial.

Additional Info:

• Pay range: $55-65K DOE
• Schedule: : 8am-5pm Monday - Friday

• Location: 100% in office
