Job Summary:
The Call Center Client Services Representative is responsible for the handling and scheduling of inbound telephone calls; most of which are scheduling W
The work schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:00pm or 9:00 am to 5:00
Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls all day.
- Assisting clients with questions and concerns.
- Determining the appropriate que or person whom caller would need to speak with.
- Perform additional duties and assume additional responsibilities as identified by manager.
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Customer service experience.
- Medical background preferred but willing to train.
- Skills and Competencies
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability of maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
- Strong critical thinking skills; problem solving, and decision making.
- Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences.
- Demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues, supervisors and clients.
- Strong time management, organizational, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Requires regular and predictable attendance and punctuality.
