**Essential Functions**
• Seamlessly process customer orders to support sales objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with merchandising and sales teams to provide price quotes, ensuring swift and accurate responses for both stock and non-stock items.
• Resolve customer inquiries, address order-related issues, and provide product information to deliver top-notch customer care.
• Monitor backorders and upcoming orders to ensure timely product delivery to customers.
• Facilitate communication of customer-related opportunities and challenges to Account Managers and Sales Manager.
