Pay Rate
$18.00 an hour
$18.00 an hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
*This is not a remote position*
Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist customers promptly in a friendly and professional manner with placing orders including price quoting, tracking shipments, expediting orders, checking order status, and answering technical questions with placing orders.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, order replacement products, handle commercial invoices and export documents for foreign companies.
- Send and process customer proofs of printing designs and call customers regarding received orders and artwork issues.
- Perform data entry as needed for order entry, releasing inventory items for orders, preparing necessary documents for resale partners and new leads.
- Other related job duties as assigned by management.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous customer experience in a call center environment with strong computer skills required.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Understand and practice safety policies and procedures.
- Drug-screening and background checks are required.
