The Role:
We believe that the customer experience is the most important part of our business. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us deliver the best possible experience to our customers. The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented, organized, a team player, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. A background in Customer Service, data entry or related field a must. You will be responsible for handling and processing orders, along with receiving and resolving customer inquiries and complaints. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that our customer needs are met. The Customer Service team at HemaSource is passionate and fully committed to providing an exceptional experience for our customers at every opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with exceptional service and support via phone, chats, and/or email
- Process customer orders and returns in an accurate and efficient manner
- Update customer records in the company database in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist customers with freight and transit inquiries
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues as necessary
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
- Collaborate with multiple departments such as: IT, purchasing, sales, and operations
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to improvement initiatives
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 1-2 years' experience in customer service, data entry or related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferred)
- Familiarity with ERP and WMS systems (preferred)

Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
