About the Job
SBM Site Services is searching for a Day Porter to join our team! The Day Porter will contribute to our team and continue to raise the bar in client service, safety, and growth. The ideal candidate will take initiative, be a self-starter and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)
- Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, clean blinds and draperies)
- Waste removal (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas)
- Light maintenance (replace light bulbs, restock supply cabinet/room)
- Customer service
- Produce simple reports
Qualifications
- Comfortable with variety and change of assignments
- Able to communicate effectively with customers
Shift: Monday - Friday 5:00am - 1:30pm
Compensation: $15.35 - $16.35
