We are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Service Representatives to join our teams in our Ludlow and Auburn locations. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our customers, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and account management.

Qualifications:
