Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Systemtec Inc

Systemtec is engaged in a search for a CSR (Customer Service Rep) / TA (Technical Assistant) for an exciting direct hire / permanent position on-site, with our client based in Delray Beach, Florida!

Qualified candidates will provide technical assistance by performing data entry and data management duties including policy/endorsement checking, quoting assistance, requesting and follow-up on change requests.


Essential Functions:

• Perform data entry work not limited to applications, spreadsheets, insurance legal documents, mailing labels, form letters and other related documents.
• Work with Account Manager(s) or Team Leaders to assist in the issuance, renewal, change/update, endorsement, and/or modification of policies on assigned accounts.
• Manage assigned documentation from paper to electronic form including bar coding and scanning.
• Assist in the underwriting process including ordering and researching reports and records as required for placement of new and/or renewal business.
• Manage and distribute insurance legal documents including evidence of insurance, certificates of insurance and automobile ID cards to clients.
• Provide technical assistance to Producers, New Business Marketing Managers or Commercial Account Managers as required.
• Assist Producers or Account Managers in preparation for client meetings.
• Verify payments with carriers and document accordingly.
• Generate rates by manual or software/website calculations.
• Prepare policy books or policies for delivery or mailing.
• Maintain company procedures in documentation and maintenance of client information in EPIC database.

Skills/Experience :

• 2-4 years of experience as a CSR or TA in the Insurance Industry.
• High School diploma or General Education Diploma (G.E.D.).
• 4-40 or 2-20 P&C FL license required.
• MS Suite of Products (Excel and Word).
• At least 6 months of experience in Commercial P&C.
• Condo experience a plus.
• EPIC experience a plus.
