Pay Range: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience
Job Duties:
- Answer and route all incoming calls
- Setting up and scheduling service calls
- Assist Service Dispatcher
- Interact with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Familiar with the geographical area
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task
- Proficient in MS Office and other computer systems
- Ability to use a multi-phone line system
- Career-driven with the desire to move up in the organization
- Energetic personality
