- As the primary contact for our clients, you’ll build rapport and become their trusted contact - always ready with a helping hand and a friendly smile.
- You'll keep clients and colleagues in the loop by ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.

- You’ll keep our Financial Planning team organized so they can focus on serving the client - from insurance processing, onboarding clients, tackling paperwork, and scheduling meetings.
- You'll be entrusted with maintaining the confidentiality of our clients' information, ensuring their data is organized, secure, and up-to-date.
- Your quick response and attention to detail to client inquiries and requests will make clients feel heard and happy.
This position requires work from our office, Monday through Friday, from 8:30am to 5pm.

Client Service Specialist Requirements
- High school diploma and at least two years of experience in a professional customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite, as well as experience with CRM databases.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric focus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- $47,000 to $52,000 annual pay, commensurate with experience. The pay rate is assessed every six months for an increase so that we remain competitive with industry benchmarks.
- Participate in our Stake in the Outcome (SITO) incentive program with a potential individual annual bonus after one year of service.
