We’re committed to helping our community gain access to reliable communication services through hands-on outreach campaigns. To expand outreach, we are hiring an Entry Level Customer Service Representative. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, adhering to our clients guidelines, and maximizing outreach. The Entry Level Customer Service Representative will work with the executive staff to execute community outreach campaigns, meet with qualifying individuals, and drive enrollment for our telecommunication program.
Entry Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Increase client awareness on available promotions and services through in person, interactive outreach initiatives
- Encourage customers to send referrals while qualifying leads and making sales
- Participate in classroom training sessions and product knowledge seminars
- Educate community members on available services
- Qualify buyers by using the buyer requirement standards and company policies
- Enhance our clients reputation by using top notch customer service skills
- Team management and mentorship
Entry Level Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Prior marketing, sales or customer service experience
- Strong desire to continue learning and developing professional skill sets
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Student mentality and the desire to continue learning
- Impeccable work ethic
- Able to problem solve effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing and sales environment
- Comfortable speaking in front of both small and large groups
