• Handling inbound calls, maintaining accounts, and inputting data. 

• Documenting customer notes and resolving inquiries with independent analysis. 

• Processing outage and emergency calls within company guidelines. 

• Providing top-notch customer service with a calm and professional demeanor.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED. 

• Previous customer service experience. 

• Basic computer and keyboarding skills.
