Customer Service Representative at TEKsystems

Job Description:

• Greet patients that come into the stores
• Effectively communicate and answer patient questions about product
• Maintain positive attitude and build rapport with customers
• Work in computer system to open new patient accounts and complete sales transactions
• Take payment for cash sales and/or bill products to insurance including gathering prescriptions and documents needed from physicians
• Responsible for selling additional products to customers/patients based on their needs
• Take orders and enter them into the computer system using a high degree of accuracy
• Occasionally will need to gather medical products, take them out of the box and put them together for the patient
• Receive unassembled equipment, unload equipment and put the equipment together using screwdrivers

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Exceptional data entry skills, requiring a minimum of 40wpm typing speed with high degree of accuracy
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft products
• 1+ years of retail and inside sales experience preferred
• 1+ Healthcare experience and knowledge of insurance billing processes
• Bilingual in Spanish and English Preferred

Hours

Monday through Friday 9am-5pm
