Job Purpose
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for answering phone calls, emails, and chats from external and internal customers, resolving their issues, and processing their orders. There is an opportunity to educate customers about our products, features, and benefits of our devices.
Qualifications and Skills:
· High School Diploma required/AS Degree in Business preferred.
· One to five years of experience in Customer Service or Administrative role in a Manufacturing environment
· Preferred someone with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience.
· Strong oral and written communication skill, professional telephone demeanor and an attentive listener.
· Strong problem-solving skills and can prioritize daily workflow.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Software
· Ability to lift fifteen pounds occasionally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: Forty per week.
