Our client is a global company in the health and wellness space seeking a Customer Service Representative with SAP experience.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$60,000
Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will be directly involved in the customer’s journey, providing accurate information in a timely fashion. Partnering with customers and the internal sales team, the Customer Service Representative will focus on an assigned region and will have the ability to build relationships with repeat customers as well as the sales team.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Handle order processing in an accurate and timely manner while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Consistently update internal database with relevant information regarding orders
- Partner with logistics to ensure delivery date is met
- Offer solutions for any concerns raised by customers
- Follow up with customers after delivery has been made to confirm satisfaction
Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:
- 3+ years of Customer Service experience
- Proficiency in SAP
- Advanced Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic problem-solving ability and time management skills
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
