About the Job
Bradbury Brothers is looking for a fast moving CSR to support our awesome customers.
Required Qualifications:
· One year experience and/or training in customer service
· Knowledge of our industry is not required but recommended
· High School Diploma
· Detail oriented/Organized
· Computer skills
Job Duties:
· Answer incoming phone calls/route to appropriate team members
· Master use of Service Titan
· Book service calls to keep techs in front of 3-4 customers daily
· Book sales calls to keep comfort advisors in front of 2-3 customers daily
· Make outgoing calls to unscheduled club customers and non-club customers to fill schedules as needed
· Maintain 85%+ conversion ratio
· Always mention our club membership
· If a customer is upset, always use the ACT (acknowledge, concern, task) procedure and notify the specific team leader of the problem
· Assist dispatchers in un-scheduling and re-scheduling calls as needed Confirm appointments through texts and calls
· Confirm the following week's pre-scheduled appointments
· Back Up Dispatch Training
