JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Service Representative supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. They're the front line of support for clients and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.Primary Responsibilities:" Respond promptly and professionally to incoming telephone calls, chats and tickets" Assist with order problems, exchanges, edits and tracking" Develop a knowledge of products, services etc and effectively convey this information to customers" Understand and resolve compliance issues in accordance with policies and procedures" Be an active team member and support overall teamwork and morale" Adhere to all established procedures, policies and safety rules" Maintain established performance levelsQualifications:" Completed Secondary Education" Experience working in the insurance industry and customer service related work" Basic understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software." Ability to effectively communicate over the phone and via email." Customer service skills and professionalism with a strong ability to diffuse customer concerns
