Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Compensation: $17-18/hr
Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their home mortgage servicing needs. You will utilize your excellent communication skills to resolve inquiries efficiently and effectively over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries related to home mortgage servicing.
- Resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Adapt to changing situations while managing multiple tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.

- Standard Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with shifts from 8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM, and one Saturday shift per month from 9 AM to 1 PM.
- Bilingual Advantage: Additional $1.00 per hour for candidates fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Training Programs: Extensive classroom-style and on-the-job training in home mortgage and communication skills.

Position Requirements:
- Must have a passion for helping others by phone.
- Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities.

- Proficient in using personal computers; competent typing skills required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience:
- Required: 1 year of related customer service experience.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a call center environment.
